Hurricanes

In our class we have been tracking down hurricanes. The hurricanes that we have been tracking down are Ike, Hannah, Gustav, Palma Omar and Kyle. We made a color key Gustav is green, Hannah is orange, Ike is blue, Kyle is red, Omar is black and Paloma is purple. We went on http://www.weather.com/ and looked for the latitude and longitude of the hurricanes that we have been tracking down. We have been tracking down hurricanes since the beginning of the year. We would put dots were they went and connect them with marker. We put sticky notes on the U.S.A. to label where countries, states, and cities are located.
